This is our 'easy' campout. You can drive up to your site to unload your gear. If you forget anything, you're only 5min from home. The Burn Ban in Travis County is officially through Wednesday. We are going to assume it will be extended. You'll see a few changes from the normal schedule that I'll discuss below. It will also be hot with peak temperatures in the upper 90s, but nightime temps in the arctic 70s . Coming just for Saturday is an option if you are worried about camping in the heat, but it should be cool once the sun goes down.
Water Rockets
Normally we fire off rockets. With the Burn Ban, we're going to change it up and fire 'water rockets' instead. We have 3 Aquapods that fire 2 liter bottles. Bring a 2 liter bottle, decorated with fins, nose cones, paint, tape, streamers, whatever... and we will fire it off.
Solar Smores
We have material to build and cook Solar Smores during the day.
Water Guns
We'll set up an area for water guns. Bring one from home.
Fishing
There are a few fishing ponds. Your best bet is to drive from the campsite. I believe it's 'ok' for kids to fish without a license, but someone please speak up if this is incorrect.

We will provide Dinner and Bfast.
